For schools & universities
School tours, without the headaches
A school sports tour is a big call, for you, your principal and every parent writing a cheque. We've built our tours around exactly that: term-friendly planning, parents onside from day one, and duty of care you can put your name to. You bring the students; we carry the rest.
- New Zealand owned
- Fully insured
- A Brock leader on every tour
Built for school life
Planned around your calendar
Tours are shaped to term dates, exam blocks and season windows. Twelve to twenty-four months out gives the best options, and we can move faster when we need to.
Parents onside from day one
Parent packs before departure, a straight answer to every question, and updates from the ground while you're away. When parents relax, everything else gets easier.
Duty of care, done properly
Full insurance cover, clear supervision and child protection, and a Brock Sports leader alongside your group every day of the tour.
Pick your code. We build around it.
Every sport we tour runs for school squads: fixtures matched to your level, training with the people who live the game, and a Brock Sports leader alongside your group throughout.
Pick your destination
New Zealand is our home ground. Every destination below runs on the same connections and the same duty of care, with fixtures, hosts and accommodation chosen for a school group.
New Zealand
NZLThis is home. We meet your team at the airport and one of us is with you through Rotorua, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Taranaki and Auckland, with games against schools and clubs we know.
Argentina
ARGThe country we know best after our own. Most of the teams we host in New Zealand come from Buenos Aires, so this is where our closest friendships are.
United States
USASchool and college sport on a scale you have to see. A newer destination for us, planned from scratch around each team.
Canada
CANBritish Columbia, where school rugby and hockey matter and the mountains run down to the sea. We have people on the ground and tours ready to shape.
Australia
AUSSchool sports tours to Australia: a short flight and a proper test, with games up the east coast from Sydney to Brisbane. Works for a first trip away.
Japan
JPNPrecision on the field and care off it. A destination we are building in person, with people on the ground in both Japan and New Zealand.
Chile
CHLOver the Andes from Argentina. We plan Chile as part of a two country South American tour, with Santiago between the mountains and the sea.
Uruguay
URYA ferry ride from Buenos Aires. Montevideo adds a second country, a second style of opposition and a slower pace to an Argentine tour.
South Africa
ZAFOne of the great school sport countries. We do not run a fixed programme here, so every South African tour starts with a conversation.
The questions schools ask us
Can you work around term dates and exams?
Yes — that is the starting point. We shape the tour to your term calendar, exam blocks and season windows, and planning 12 to 24 months out gives the most choice of fixtures and venues.
How do you keep parents informed and onside?
Parents get the itinerary and the key contacts before you fly, and every question gets a straight answer. On tour your staff lead the communication home, and we back them up with anything they need from us.
Who looks after our students on tour?
Your staff stay in charge of your students. We look after everything around them: games, transport, accommodation and the daily plan. Every student needs their own travel insurance, and we will tell you what cover to ask for.
Can we bring more than one team or code?
Absolutely — many school groups tour with several teams at once. Our multisport tours weave fixtures and training for two or more sports into a single itinerary, so the whole group travels together.
What does a tour cost for a school group?
Every tour is quoted individually because every tour is built around your school — sport, level, dates and budget. Tell us what a great trip looks like and we will come back with an honest price and a first draft itinerary.
Can boys and girls teams tour together?
Yes, and most of our school groups do. Boys and girls are accommodated separately in each city and travel on their own coaches, with games on the same days wherever we can.
